We are excited to support this first ever IFS Canadian Community Conference and want to extend our appreciation and congratulations to the organizers for all their work in bringing this conference to life.

Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health is a collaborative practice of psychologists, psychotherapists and social workers who serve the well-being and growth of children, teens, adults, couples and families in person in the Glebe in Ottawa, and (coming soon!) Old Toronto and virtually across all of Ontario. We celebrate the Self energy of the IFS Canada community.
An introduction done by Interactive Group Institute.
We offer Interactive IFS Groups and Trainings. Groups are for the general public, while Trainings are designed for IFS-oriented helping professionals. Founded by Dr. Jay Earley, author of Self-Therapy, the Institute’s work centers on personal and relational growth through direct present-moment interaction.
Participants in our groups and trainings engage with how they are relating to other members in real time. Rather than only talking about relationship patterns, they practice interacting as those patterns arise in the room. Participants track what is happening internally, notice the parts that become activated by others, and learn how to un-blend from those parts and relate to them in healing ways.
Over time, participants build capacities such as greater authenticity, vulnerability, courage, and the ability to navigate rupture and repair. As trust develops, the container can become a place of deep connection, belonging, and transformation.

IFS Institute is the home of official Internal Family Systems (IFS) training and certification. We steward the integrity of the IFS model while supporting a growing global community of professionals and IFS enthusiasts. Our offerings include authentic Level 1, 2, and 3 trainings, online programs, a dedicated pathway for coaches, and a provider directory that helps connect the public with trained and certified IFS professionals. We are committed to expanding access to IFS and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across our programs and global community.

The Nest Collective Inc. is a training and consulting organization bringing the transformative potential of Internal Family Systems into the places where people live, lead, and work. While IFS has long been recognized as a powerful therapeutic modality, we believe its healing opportunities extend far beyond the therapy room — into organizations, teams, and communities.
Our work spans consulting, assessment, and training with a mental health and wellness lens, grounded in over 15 years of experience supporting organizations and the people within them. We work alongside leaders and workplaces to cultivate cultures that are psychologically informed, relationally attuned, and Self-led.
Alongside our organizational work, we offer community-based events designed to bring IFS into wider lived experience. Our May 2026 IFS Women's Retreat, co-facilitated with Kay Gardner and Kathy Cox, is one example of how we create space for people to feel into IFS outside of a clinical setting. We also host events for clinical business owners and women in leadership because we know that healing and growth don't stop at the office door.
